It can get to a point that you just want to throw your hands in the air and runaway to Bali (or insert other dreamy destination), because you have had enough, feel pressured and are overwhelmed. When we get in this zone, it is not much fun for ourselves or for the people around us. Often, we allow this to happen because we have not set healthy boundaries for ourselves and rather we are just let life happen.
